 Gov Jeanne Urmeneta-Vapor (6th from left, second row, seated) leads the celebration of Kabalikat Leyte 15th Anniversary Celebration. KB Kananga under the leadership of Reuel Juinio hosted the assembly with 100 delegates from several groups participated. Gov Bob Zaballero were among the special guests to grace the event. A special video and value orientation was conducted by Kabalikat Founder, Gil de la Torre.
