Kabalikat Civicom Global

There is a need to strenghten Kabalikat CN as envisioned by the Kabalikat Founder Gil de la Torre. And, to implement this noble task, the Founder entrusted Bernardino Buido, who is in charge of Kabalikat Civicom Global groups in Region 5, to organize several chapters in the areas. Several new groups were established particularly in the CN where most new and former members joined together to establish one united and original Kabalikat group duly authorized by the Founder Gil de la Torre.

Along this line, Kabalikat Daet has elected 133-01 Antonio B. Opeda as the new President of the chapter and recently appointed as acting Governor for Camarines Norte. He is assisted by the following: Luis R. Vasquez as Adviser; Menandro F. Dalida, EVP; Ely D. Villagracia, VPI; Florito L. Ramos, VPE; Anecito V. de Roma, Secretary-General; Milagros B. Salamanca, Asst Secretary; Rommel Barbado, Treasurer; Wilfredo B. de Roma, Auditor;  Rev. Fr. Fidel S. Era Jr and Rev. Fr. Melvin B. Gamel, Spiritual Advisers.

Today, the Kabalikat Civicom Global Group in Region 5 is proud to declare that it has regain its Kabalikat popularity as the prime mover and original bearer of the name of the Kabalikat Organization. 

At this point, Kabalikat Founder Gil de la Torre expresses sincere admiration to the members of Kabalikat Global Group in Region 5 for their unwavering support and loyalty to the Organization.
