For 18 years now, Kabalikat Civicom had stood the test of times and became the Prime Mover civic group of responsible and active communicators. No less than the National Disaster Coordinating
Council awarded the Kabalikat Civicom the Gawad Kalasag Award : "Excellence in Active Communications and Disaster Management."

For almost 20 years, Kabalikat Civicom cannot thrive were it not for the trust and confidence faithfully observed amongst its members. In this connection and in order to preserve unity, promote brotherhood and enhance its glory as the leading civic volunteer association in the Philippines, the National Leadership assumes full responsibility.

As Founder, National Chairman/President, I reiterate what has been declared during the celebration of KB 34 - Los Banos chapter's 15th Anniversary, the Assembly attended by National Officers last June 15, 2008, hereby assert as overall head or chief executive, among other things, in the management of the National Capital Region Council effective as of May 2008. This prompted the National Leadership in strict adherence to unity in the interest of the Kabalikat Civicom and to bring services closer to every sector of the communities in effecting to carryout its mission for which the organization was established.

In this connection, all activities and operations should be coordinated directly with me. It is our prime concern for safety and welfare of every Kabalikat member. Please be guided accordingly.
