Unknown to many, the documentation and processing of KB needed materials is handled by Kabalikat 134-JAS including documentation of coverages of several Kabalikat major assemblies. Jess, as is he is fondly called by his friends, is the official photographer of Hon. Ombudsman Ma. Merceditas N. Gutierrez. Awarded as one of the Ombudsman Best Employees, Jessie has published press and photo releases in the national papers.  He is the elder brother of Ariel A. Suguitan, the great man with BIG heart who donated a portable and base radios to Kabalikat Founder Gil de la Torre which led the serendipid establishment of Kabalikat as civic organization.
