Do I need to have a portable radio/base of my own to become a member?

Since Kabalikat Civicom is a communications group, a portable radio/base is very important and essential. However, it is not very necessary since we could also use other communications facilities to be in contact with other members and officers of the group. It is also very necessary for an individual to be active during operations, netcalls and other activities that require assistance and support.
