How to become a member of the group?

Like any other organizations, there are requirements to qualify to become a  full-pledged Kabalikat Civicom member. First, applicant must be above age average, physically and mentally sound, of good standing in the locality. The Kabalikat Civicom Charter code has classified members which are the following: (a)  Prospective Member- any person undergoing a minimum of 15 days and maximum of one month observation, unless otherwise acknowledge by one of the member status of Probationary member shall be called Prospective member (or aspirants).(b) Probationary Member- any  person undergoing a period training and observation and has been fully accredited by the Screening (or Membership) Committee as approved by the President, shall be called a Probationary (Probie) or Kabalikat Tango (Trainee), (c) Regular Member- all  Probationary members who have passed their respective probationary periods of a minimum of  three months but not more than six months who have exemplary performance shall be called a Regular member, depending on the regulations set by the Screening Committee. (d) Honorary Member- any member who, in his recognized social position or leadership in the community, can help enhance the progress and activities of the organization can be awarded an Honorary membership under such terms and with such privileges as the BOD may determine. Membership in the Kabalikat Civicom is lifetime upon earning Kabalikat Emeritus status unless otherwise the individual has committed unlawful or criminal act punishable by law which may cause damage to the image of the organization. In such case, the member can be expelled, dismissed or removed from his/her post the soonest time upon approval of 1/3 of the general membership.
